Return Policy

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them
  • To initiate a return, contact us at Info@visitww2.org with your order number

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

  • We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
