Climb into History!!!! You will be able to enter the Turret of our M4A2E8 Sherman tank on Saturday September 21st from 12:00pm to 4:00pm before our WWII Style USO Swing Dance. Each ticket will allow you about 5 minutes to look around and experience a small taste of what our Father’s and Grand Father’s did during WWII in one of the 49,234 Sherman tanks built during WWII! This particular M4A2E8 medium Sherman Tank was built by the Fisher Tank Arsenal.
We ask the following: All participants must sign a waiver, wear closed-toe shoes, and be able to enter and exit the tank on their own. (We will provide a ladder to help access the the Tank.) The largest opening on the Turret is about 26″ in Diameter, PLEASE keep this in mind. We require participants to be older than age 6, and that if age 6 to 12 the participant MUST be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian.
