Women’s History Day
March 7 | All Day Event
Join us for a full day of special programming as we celebrate the impact and legacy of women in American history. All activities and presentations are included with regular museum admission.
The day will feature a full schedule of speakers in the Eisenhower Room, including:

Valerie Tripp, acclaimed American Girls author, as our featured speaker

Julie Decker, presenting on U.S. Navy nurses held as POWs by the Japanese during World War II
-
Antigoni Ladd, speaking on the life and legacy of Eleanor Roosevelt
-
Local Girl Scouts, who will open the day’s programming and have cookies available for purchase
Guests can also enjoy tank climb-ins in the lobby ($10 per climb) and lunch available for purchase in the Pub.
